Pirelli Tyres

Pirelli Tyres - Visions from Italy

Pirelli has been producing tyres in the premium segment for over 140 years, setting new standards regarding innovation and technology. It is part of the philosophy of Pirelli to develop tyres that enable maximum driving pleasure and the highest safety standards. Pirelli is also committed to a respectful approach to the environment. New production processes and strict internal guidelines guarantee sustainable production so that Pirelli tyres Leicester also meet the growing environmental awareness within society at a high level.

Pirelli tyres are the original equipment of many premium manufacturers

Pirelli is a partner of many car manufacturers in the premium segment. As a result, the Pirelli engineers are involved in the development process of different vehicles at an early stage, so that Pirelli car tyres Leicester are highly adapted to the individual characteristics of the vehicles. Precise tuning between the vehicle and the tyre is only possible if high-quality raw materials are being used for the production of the tyre.

More than just "good" products

It is part of the company philosophy of Pirelli that a premium tyre will not only become a premium tyre just by being mounted on a premium vehicle. Rather, all processes related to the production of the tyre must be designed to be sustainable and socially acceptable to make a tyre a premium tyre. This includes a strict selection of suppliers, which supply only the best raw materials produced as carefully as possible. Within the production process, only a minimum of production waste is being generated, and the delivery routes to the customers are optimised concerning their sustainability. That's why Pirelli tyres are premium tyres.

Pirelli is the exclusive supplier of Formula 1

Since 2011, Pirelli has been the official tyre supplier of Formula 1. The extreme stresses that the tyres are exposed to in a Formula 1 race require excellent technical know-how and a continuous development of the tyres. Only in this way can the tyres meet the requirements of the different teams. Pirelli also uses Pirelli's experience for the production of P Zero tyres.

P Zero is motorsport for everyday road use

With the Formula 1 commitment, Pirelli is successfully continuing its own motorsports tradition. Already in 1987, the first P Zero tyre from Pirelli was developed and successfully introduced into the motorsport as part of the Rallye San Remo. Originally the P Zero was designed as an exclusive tyre for the Ferrari F40. The concept from the motorsports into the series, however, was so good that the P Zero series is today the standard tyre of premium vehicles.
